What is necessary to stand at?

You must be French;

You must have fulfilled the obligations of the military service Code;

You must have no current cause of ineligibility among the ones foreseen by the law:

• Not having been declared insolvent by a tribunal,

• Not having been condemned to any sentence neither for crime nor for criminal offences.
